thank you for the article. I was just wondering "squeaky clean"(TM Paul Engel) Intel. Intel(dominant player in the market) to receive warrants from Rambus (questionable technology company) if intel would use Rambus for their chips instead of alternative technology DDR.
Is not that
a)bribe
b)conflict of interest
c)anti-competative practice <=> monopoly at worst
d)manipulation of the stock market
e)all of the above

And since Intel claim Cap Gains as recurring item then should not it be considered a financial institution and follow sec regulations?
