Richard,

Your investment in Rambus will be protected only by successful products, successful lawsuits, or successful licensing agreements.

The PCWorld benchmarks did not back up the massive DRDRAM performance hype, which came directly from the company.

Stop threatening people. It casts you in a very poor light. Maybe you should mosey on back over to the Rambus thread, and relax. The decline in RMBS over the last few weeks has nothing to do with SI.

Re: The last time I looked in a dictionary the definition for scam was... A fraudulent business scheme; a swindle.

In my dictionary that's the entry for Rambus. You must have the same dictionary.

:-)

Richard,

For a smart guy you lack a great deal of legal common sense. Apparently nobody ever told you that you can't make libelous statements against a person or company on a public forum accusing them of committing a fraud without expecting some consequences to your action.

Is this the best you can do in defense of Rambus? Threaten people with lawsuits?

Joe
