I just spent 15 minutes at drugstore.com trying to place a simple order using a gift certificate. What a mess!! One of the poorest online shopping exeriences I've had. Never was able to complete the order. Gave up in exasperation.

Great find, Mike. That was my favorite line, too <g>. The potential impact of a Stayhealthy on pharmacies (both online and otherwise) cannot be overestimated, especially if Stay were to enter into alliances with pharmaceutical companies to promote their products. How about this: What if Stay were to make deals with pharma companies to have the people taking a certain drug monitor their body function or makeup daily to evaluate the efficacy of the drug? Let's say Stay were to offer its devices at a discount, subsidized by a pharma company, to people who buy the company's new hypertension drug from Drugstore.com and monitor their blood pressure daily (once Stay rolls out a home BP monitor, obviously). What a great way for the pharma company to collect data on the effects of varying dosages, for Drugstore to sell product and for Stay to add new subscribers.
