JohnG...its interesting re: INTC and "Spinco"..."Spinco" may never happen...now that QCOM has indicated it is willing to make such a structural change...what is to keep INTC or TXN from bidding on the unit before its spun off? I think its highly likely...its a gem and both of these companies must get into this business for 3g in a big way..the stakes really go up for NOK if they wait to sign until one of these behemoths make their move...the Chess Board is looking interesting and QCOM...very cheap...the IP value of this company is quickly going to be unlocked.
