Mitchell, That sounded very sarcastic. Unfortunately, it appears to be appropriate. Looks to me like it could be another year or two before we get the real story on what's happening. I tried an e-mail to Mr. Ben Ezra and got zilch for a response. So much for that source. And, by the way, I think that was the one and only time I have sent him an e-mail. Oh, probably the next thing we'll hear is that BNEZ is appealing the 10th Circuit's decision to the Supreme Court.
