So a 1/8th point drop at average volume below the previous 52 week low is considered a "breakdown"? Doesn't the break have to be substantial either in terms of price and/or volume? For all I know, that 1/8th point may just represent the bid rather than the ask, while the former 52 week low may have been at the final ask.

I think you are reading an awful low into a tiny blip below the channel. But we shall see tomorrow.

Thanks for your thoughts!

Too many bad things all at once

I like the simplicity of the summary. I elect that you have coined a new, though slightly strained acronym...

Tmbtaao

[pronouned Tim Tao, even has a mystical sound to highlight the irrelevance of management currently.]

Wait until Q3. Headline: Blodget says, 'ATHM still suffers from tmbtaao.'

Here's my TA:

I see the chart today and it starts to loose its steep slope of the past few days. I eyeball this and hear my child mind humming like a jet fighter almost crashing then pulling up at the last moment to streak over the toy plastic soldiers and live to fly another day. Hence, not too much lower...or higher for quite a while. But hey, what do I know, I'm only a kid in this scenerio. <g>
