Cacaito, first they have to talk and agree and then sign a complicated agreement. A three
way agreement at that. No I stick to ten years. Your two years might be the trial itself
but then that would not include your friends at the FDA going through the approval
process. And then you have forgotten about the mark of Z, no make that the curse of
X. Look three days have already passed. AGN does not start trials until next year.
When did they first talk to XOMA?

But you are too pessimistic on the royalty. If the deal occurs LLY will split 50/50 with
BAX and XOMA will get 20%.

This is my opinion only and my opinion is just as good as Roberto's which is
worthless. <g>
