the news wasn't really out there today...at least not for the lemming...the zdnet story had a different tone than the cnet version which came after the close...the stock did move to 81 during trading...

here's my beef with some of the thinking i see on this thread...the bus' claim to IP on sdram is far from a done deal...some of you seem to think that war has been won...alas, the other side has yet(but it's coming,,,boy is it coming) to unsheath their sword...

so what, you got a few scared little players to come to the table, sheepish and sorry for violating the bus' baloney blarney...

Pat... It was really kind of strange today. This (supposed) news was posted early afternoon by CNET and a few others yet the stock didn't react much. After hour volume started to drop very early after the close and with small volume. What was said by the reports was not new, just a firming up or reiteration of what had been previously said by Intel. I guess in the AM I may find myself buying more for the long haul. I wonder if Intel will have anything more to say that they haven't already said in previous posts? Would not surprise me to see something positive from RAMBUS. Let's see what happens.
