coach... I think RAMBUS is on solid ground with their IP on SDRAM and DDR. It's history and a done deal. This was signed, sealed and delivered by Toshiba and Hitachi. All we are hearing is the rattling of the cages by those in opposition, but no action, none, nada, zip. If they had any ground to stand on we would have heard already.

here's my beef with some of the thinking i see on this thread ... some of you seem to think that war has been won.

Maybe that's just a reaction to the fact that so many bears tell us the war has been lost...
