NT Roth's evasive comments about JDSU/SDLI merger are spooking some of the arbs this morning.

LOL! I don't see how another planned 100BB merger in the components space can be a negative to the JDSU/SDLI merger prospects. Only a place like thestreet.com could reach that conclusion. In fact, I wonder if Strauss sent Roth a bouquet.
