The difference is that neither you nor I are the CNC analyst from one of the major brokerage houses.

But it doesn't matter to me if Devine participates, CNC is doomed to chapter 11 regardless.

Wendt has to come up with $1.5b by the end of the year, and if the best he can do is selling Argosy (can't be sold in time, locked in litigation), CNC is in trouble.
