Border Capital Corp - Border shareholders approve name change Border Capital Corp BOP Shares issued 35,942,136 Sep 6 2000 close $.700 Sep 7 2000 1:57:15 Mr. Michael Holley reports Border Capital shareholders approved a name change to iTVGames, Inc. at the special and annual general meeting held Aug. 30, subject to final approval by regulatory authorities. The name change signals the beginning of a new operational phase for the company in supplying leading technology to the $128.6-billion (U.S.) world lottery industry (source: LaFleur's 2000 World Lottery Almanac, Eighth Edition - Calendar Year 1999 World Lottery Sales). The name change is expected to achieve better brand recognition for the interactive games the company develops, which are capable of playing to a winner whether distributed by conventional on-line or off-line government lottery distribution systems, broadband Internet or interactive television systems.
