If they keep reducing the loss margins from 15 % to the single digits, while growing revenues, and eventually turning profitable, AMZN will be a good buy now. There is no other brand name as strong as AMZN in the e-tail space!

Amazon CC has left a lot of unanswered questions . . . but looking for a bounce I bought some of this dog in the after-market at 32 7/16.

Amazon is struggling to bring down costs by drilling their line managers. The company has bigger problems than tweaking customer service and product line management will solve imo. One way they can cut cost is to shift a significant portion of software operations to India or other low cost English speaking country. Maybe that's not the answer but more drastic cost cutting moves are obviously needed. With all the sweet talk about Amazon now being a global business the company has demonstrated less than a satisfactory execution on that vision. Why can't this pig shed more weight? Immature, gee wiz management style is probably too deeply rooted.
