Paul,

Intel's opinion is that Via violated their license for P6 bus when they introduced PC-133 interface. DDR is even more radical departure. I think the door is open for Intel to sue Ali/Acer when Intel's own chipsets are ready in 2001. In the meantime, Intel will probably look the other way.
