cfoe, thanks for staying up late and sending out your notes on the shareholders meeting.

When you said: Recent stock price: St. Dennis thought one reason was end of lockup for stock held from recent mergers. He said sales were to be expected as some of these people had been waiting ten years to get some serious cash out. Also felt company could do better job in getting the word out (gave some evidence that they are trying).

Any idea on who the sellers with lockups might be? The EST insiders have lock up agreements (which would release about 1.5M shares right now, and more in next March, and the follwoing year) but so far haven't filed insider selling reports in large numbers. Can they sell without filing?

Can you be more specific on the actions taken by the company recently to increase their visibility? I haven't
seen much in this area, though St. Dennis's Yahoo! Finance interview was a start.

RE: Tornado for Internet Appliances

Two other things I just remembered that Fiddler and St. Dennis both emphasized at the s-meeting.

First, Odyssey purchase was critical for development of TIA and their whole move into the consumer device area.

Second, "time-to-market" concerns are what are driving customers to them. Used example of a new dot com that just got funded and wants its first product out by this Fall.
