They have news about carnivore posted there and also several other very interesting articles, including one on the erosion of the first amendment and another commenting on the tobacco and Waco verdicts.

I wonder if Justice, the FBI, the BATF and other federal agencies ... are tracking this thread.

The fact that you can ask that question seriously, and not be laughed at for the asking, means that "they" have won. Since when should we be even remotely concerned about expressing our opinions? Worrisome, wot?

BTW, I ordered Ross's book from amazon.com before I had even finished reading the article.
