The main point from NOK is that they are transitioning to new handset with moultistandard operational capabilities.
I think they announced sometime back that they will have
PALM integrated deices in fall. I think it is a good news that transitioning taking place faster now. If they integrate PALM with a miulti-standard set it will be a huge market for people all over the world IMHO.

PALM now = PALMV. This means that people who were waiting for D-Day to unload their PALM can do it now with no discount. Theoretically, there should not be any effect on the market tomorrow due to the additional PALM available.
