Looks like a possible wrongful death suit might be filed. A semi retarded 27 year old kid bought $15.05 in gas and drove off without paying. He's done it before and has always paid later when reminded. The idiot clerk calls the police. A one horse town so the policeman with nothing else to do chases the kid down I55 picking up 2 more small town gunslingers. They stop him in a construction zone 25 miles down the road. He's blocked in. Now the kid is scared and won't roll down his window so one of the John Wayne wannbes busts the glass with his stick. The kid panics and hits an empty squad car. 40 shots later he's in a busted car with no tires. Unarmed. One of our heros goes to the back of the car and puts 5 rounds through the back of the driver's seat and into the kid. The kicker? 3 construction workers and a dozen motorists have ring side seats to this.
