Well, they would not be where they are today if they did not get the cash from his investment or the multiple investments, partnerships, agreements they have made together.

While I agree with the statement, I wish that the stock was not where it is today. I guess it could be worse, but who would have thought that we would be down the day after such an announcement. What happens tomorrow or next week? If this new company is going to be as strong as I think it is, why does the stock price not reflect a premium??? Or at least a jump?? Obviously someone does not think highly of the deal becuse INSP went in the toilet, but I just don't understand why. Is INSP the buy of a lifetime at this price??? Am I missing something as usual?
