RON, That is not how these transactions take place. The fact that INSP was weak is to the advantage of GNET. If INSP was $60 or $70 and GNET was at its current level then instead of 1.82 shares of INSP you would be receiving 1.1 shares, THE WEAKNESS IN INSP IS GOOD FOR GNET SHAREHOLDERS,not bad........TRUST me, I know the way these things work, you should be happy that INSP is not strong...........its like buying a great company after a pullback(INSP was $60 just one short month ago).
