Because in the first sentence of the CC, Noam said Luminent was in a quiet period, so he would not discuss it in any way. That must be why there was no mention in the earnings statement.

Mad dog, I cannot tell you how much I agree with you. The CC was a disgrace. If you are an operating company making wads of dough you can afford to conduct such a shitty CC. But as an incubator company which needs max investor support based on future promises and not on current earnings, one cannot afford such a shitty, mediocre CC, and all the cheerleading on this thread will not be able to justify that.
