In that case, won't they be talking about that in the Luminent filings or road show?

When can we expect those events to occur?

I think the market is making a mistake judging this as an operating company at this point.

Also, don't the revs exclude certain partially owned enterprises?

TIA for any light you or others can shed on these issues. (Still long but losing patience).
