HeyFolks???? Today's tech decline is a big mystery to this Silicon Investor for the following reasons:Weren't the last 2 days of economic #'s the best of both worlds? Expanding economy with lower consumer spending but greater corp. investment. Now what are the corps. investing in? TECHNOLOGY! Additionally we have yesterday's ECI showing us that there is no wage inflation. We have the ECI showing wage gains of 1% with GDP gains of 5% - now that is productivity. Someone please show me where the problem is. Anecdotally layoffs were announced today by a number of companies with B of A topping the list with 10,000 people saying that they can get the job done through technological improvements. What is going on here? JFD
