I'm no technician, but if the May support continues to hold, it seems like that ought to be a good sign. As for whether we will see another significant rally in the NASDAQ this summer, about the only intelligent thing I can say about that is that it always looks hopeless near a bottom. On the other hand, that is a rather imprecise indicator, to put it mildly. The NAZ has broken through support, according to the talking heads, so you can color me clueless, which is why I am only betting 2% of my portfolio.
