You are kidding - there is a budget deficit in Texas?? That can't be - they should be running a surplus at least for the past few years like California. Texas is the 2nd largest high-tech economy.

Why is it a bad thing for Bush Jr. to listen to his Dad or his close advisors but a strictly private thing to be left alone for Bubba to be getting serviced in the Oval Office by an intern?
