I give up pal. Trying to define/label forgivenss is like trying to fathom the radiant power of the sun....Do you think God says this? Does the sun shine for some and not for others? I am fairly certain, that I don't offend the sun. So, no need for the sun to forgive anything before it shines upon me. However, any human being can shine a smile on whom ever they want and it has nothing to do with forgiving others. I am absolutely certain that my God is not a human; but in any event, God judges and prescribes boundless mercy and forgiveness based in part on the repentence of the perpetrating human being.

It's man who refuses to forgive himself and others. Why? Because we are excercising our power of judgment. Says YOU. I know very forgiving people. They use good judgement to critique and understand their own faults and make commitments to do better as a result. Likewise they bend over backwards to give second, third, etc. to infinity extra chances to people who have wronged them but ask to be given a chance to do better. You discount such virtuousness by denying any meaning to the act of forgiveness while throwing it out as some undefinable abstract that is beyond human comprehension. While attaching it to every sentence starting with "For." Frankly, that is offensive.

GO!!! Do your thing.

Done,
