Hello Ann. Well, it's a new month with my ISP. Gosh. My son, and I guess the grandchildren when they were here, used the cpt like it was going out of style while we were away. First I will give you the post I wrote to you under Bill's post. gg. Message 14139142 Well. Intel did great yesterday but acted pretty crappy today with this new purchase. Can't think of the name of the company Intel bought. You may also want to read my newest post to Bill. It will save me doubling up on my gripes. Here is the latest news from Yahoo on the Intel purchase. I had enough time to put it on. How could I forget a "Trillion"? I guess you liked this "You got mail" from AOL. Maybe I should write them and ask for a Palm V. That's the least they could do for me holding on to AOL's stock. Sheesh, it does nothing but descend lately. And this withdrawal of AOLA's IPO did not help either today. I'd guess this Latin market is tough to crack when so many have free ISP's down there. But they can't be free forever, I guess. And all the competition there can't help either. After all, AOL has a late entrance into that market. Oh well. Hopefully better days are coming. Talking about a crappy market. Today is it for me again since most my stocks are in the NAZ. Up one day, down the next. Just can't get ahead any more. gg. I think I will call it quits for today on here and watch some convention stuff. Maybe I glance at CNBC here and there while I am watching C-Span. Only channel worth watching when it comes to coverage of the conventions or anything political. Did you listen to Laura Bush last night? I thought I would crack up when she said that AL Gore said he likes to spend a night with the teacher when getting clued in on education. She said: Al Gore, George Bush spends every night with a teacher. All in all she did great when you consider that she told her husband, before they got married, that she would marry him if she did not have to make speeches. He was running for Congress at the time. Ann. Well, it is convention time and it will influence the market. So here it goes: I just read this article. GWB decides to strike back before daddy does. gg. Daddy was upset yesterday with our President and told him if he did not stop those personal attacks on his son, he would cancel his self imposed moratorium on Clinton and tell Mr. Clinton what he thought of him as a person and a human being.
