Gene,

I am glad you decided to start this thread and I find it quite interesting. Keep up the good work. I cannot at this time think of any questions that I need to ask but will keep you in mind. I do not understand why anyone would find it so difficult to believe that professional traders would post on SI. I actually have close relationships with many traders on SI that are either very succesful or registered traders or both. I actually view MM's as almost regular working people that are probably in most cases not as passionately involved in trading as some of the better retail or proprietary traders. As a result, they are probably getting wacked more and more these days and wishing they could return to the 'old days' of fleecing the stockhumpers with more relative ease. What I do find hard to believe is the amount of posting that people without any clue seem to do. Usually in the form of ranting and without questions.

Regards,
Oz

Gene, I'm sorry if this question has already been asked....Are trades of 100, 200 shares on penny stocks signs to other mm's to raise/lower the bid/ask and if so, what exactly does each number mean?

Thanks in advance for your time and effort.

Hey Gene... Welcome! My question is simple and to the point...

There have been several articles lately on
mm shorting and the growing opinion that mm's
on the otcbb should be required to show their
short positions on otcbb stocks...

My question is simple...

Do you think there is a chance that
the regulators will force the mm's
to show their short positions on
otcbb stocks?...and... could this
happen within our lifetime??? lol

Bob

Gene,

Thanks for the reading material, and thanks for the insights you are providing. I have some questions, but I intend to wait until I have caught up with this thread before asking them.
