REGARDING THE POSSIBILITY OF PUBLIC KNOWLEDGE OF SHORTS...

Bob,

I hope so and I will tell you why. Once the public has FULL KNOWLEDGE of MM short positions the conspiracy theorists and 'smoke and mirror' promoters will have nobody else to point the finger at except themselves and the possibility that these company's and their insiders are not such darlings after all (dare I use blasphemy!).

I am 100% for knowledge of MM short positions and I agree that the public has a right to know. On top of that I believe the OTC BB needs to incorporate the SEC order handling rules and once you have both of these in place I may start investing some good money into the OTC BB's myself (nah, probably not).

That is my position on those matters.

All the best,

-- Gene
