I'm deep in a fog here as well.

Hi David,

this is what I see..
ACT 5/24 to 5/26 monday's value about 127??
IL 5/3 to 5/16 PWER touched it 7/20???

A 50% RR should bring it back to 137???
(It did that intraday on 7/24... I remember watching it..
announced very good earnings..dropped 20+ points...and then
rebounded 20+ points...then settled off a little)
PWER seems to have a large ATR.
