Since the arbitration panel already ruled in favor of GMST in the GIC/ANALOG issue, wouldn't the GIC/DIGITAL decision be a slam dunk?

One would think so. And why would the SFA ruling be any different?

Uncle Frank,

TV Guide Interactive will soon begin to advertise on its cable service and damages will increase substantially as Gemstar seeks to recover its losses from unlicensed box makers, carriers and EPG services. We are no longer talking about a one-time $10-$20/box fee anymore but perhaps 10X this amount per annum in recurring revenues.
