The question has been raised as to how many Spinco shares will be given to QCOM holders. As far as I can tell, for every 10 million shares of Spinco floated to the public at the IPO, QCOM shareholders would get .1125 shares of SPIN for every QCOM share they have. FWIW.

I thought you were long-term? But Uncle Sam does want 20% of your long-term gains. And, I'm not paying him.

I am content to sit back and watch 3-5 years. I've not been able to trade QCOM.

In any regard, I did add more at $53 and $66. More of a permanent fixture. See ya in 2005.
