Multi, Nice summary. You left out that triple damages weren't in Hitachi's best interest. Re: Carl, I don't expect you to ever turn bullish on Rambus, but I wish you would try to be not so blatantly biased and try to evaluate somewhat objectively the ramifications of the rapid changes that are occuring in the Rambus story. Your technical expertise used objectively could be beneficial to both sides, and it would certainly enhance your reputation and respect on this board. I don't believe that is possible. Carl's agenda is what I'm curious about. He spends an inordinate amount of time doing this. I wonder why? Barry
