Jim Kelley is clearly violating SEC
laws by posting this kind of nonsense (and has continued to), but I'm the one warned?

Does anyone really think it would be appropriate for me to take it upon myself to do the SEC's job? I'm a glorified hall monitor. I know my place, and it certainly isn't to decide what is and isn't in violation of SEC regs.

If someone is violating SEC regs, it needs to be reported to the SEC.

If you
see this board under-represented of bears, you are simply missing the sarcasm.

By "board", I'm referring to SI; not any specific thread on it. It's a throwback to my many years as a BBS SysOp. A "board" was the same as a "site".
