Dale may be half right (at most). Even complete melting of Arctic is not going to add any weight, since the weight of ice is already sitting on the ocean.

The bulk of the earth's permanent ice is in Antarctica and Greenland. That is why a rise in sea level is occurring as the climate warms.

Central London will be underwater within 50 years, at current rise rates.

What about Greenland and all the glaciers on the tips of Europe, N. and S. Americas. Added to Antartica, his case may not be so weak.
