Isn't D1B now called Fab20? And if F10/F14 is at Class 1 shouldn't Fab 15 be there too?

Usually when a process is scaled up from prototype to production, new problems are found and it takes time to solve them.

Intel hasn't been executing very well this past year, but that could change at any time.

We're going to learn very soon which way it will turn out.
