Additional points:
1) Cisco already announced months ago their entry into telephony IP. Don't know the details.
2) It seems that the the agreements NTOP is making will be revenue sharing on click thru's. Not the biggest $ makers.
3) ClickToTalk for customer service might be an interesting little niche. Too much emphasis on little for the moment.

Doug, some excellent points which were also mentioned in the NTOP CC a while back. I believe Balter's comments were emphasizing the goal of becoming the incumbent in every segment of the business. And the quicker they can get there the better. Maybe someone with a better memory can be more specific.
