I like that as much as the last time I used crazy glue when I ran out of Preparation-H. Ouch!!!!!!!!!

Good place to live, if you do not have to work for living!!! Even though I much rather see the good looking chics in Dallas, or San Diego!!!

Yes.....I love traveling Montague Expressway!

Or Central Expressway. Or 101. Or 237. Or Lawrence. Ad nauseum.

Loved your post. I don't forward much on to friends, but I sent that one around. <G>

Quick valley real estate story: A young lawyer and his wife bought a 2000 sq ft home (3 bdrm, 2 bth, 1/3ish acre in Los Altos) across the court from us a year ago for $1M. Eight months later (this past February), he got a job offer with a dot-com in San Diego so they put the house on the market for $1.25M (and I'm thinking "wow, a 25% gain in 8 months -- incredible!").

They had seven offers in 5 days and the winning offer was for $2.4M.

The buyer was a guy from Network Appliance. They're now spending 6 months "fixing it up" (gutting the inside, removing the pool, etc.).
