Sorry about using all caps in my last post.

I didn't think of using splits to increase the float. That sounds like a reasonable response to increased bullish demand. It would also mean extra reward to those who had the patients to stick it out (and to the insiders, as well).

Commits Funding for EVTN/Maritime Ballast Water Treatment System
Test

DEERFIELD BEACH, Fla., Aug 2, 2000 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Enviro Voraxial Technology Inc. (OTCBB:
EVTN chart, msgs) is pleased to announce today that the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), an
agency of the U.S. Department of Commerce, will provide funding for the rigorous testing of the patent pending
EVTN/Maritime Solutions' Ballast Water Treatment System.

The funding of approximately $300,000 is one of the largest Sea Grant ever issued by NOAA and will be used to support
testing of the revolutionary EVTN/Maritime Solutions' Ballast Water Treatment System. The testing is being done in
cooperation with the University of Maryland and it is scheduled to begin next month in the Chesapeake Bay area in Baltimore.
