COMPANY BACKGROUND - In the 1980's Florida Precision Aerospace,
a Deerfield Beach, Florida, Company owned by Mr. Alberto Di Bella employed over 100 people doing precision machining for numerous defense contractors. as the defense budget was scaled back much of the company's business disappeared.
In the early 1990's Mr. Di Bella downsized the Company to a few employees and focused on smaller high gross margin jobs in the aerospace industry.

In 1992 Mr. Di Bella assisted Harvey Richter in the designing and prototype development of the voraxial separator. The Company continues to operate under the names of Enviro Voraxial Technology and Florida Precision Aerospace for reason of defense qualification procedures. Current investment to date in the development of the VAS exceeds $ 10 million of which over $ 2 million funded personally by Alberto Di Bella. The VAS is developed to the stage that production manufacturing could start immediately since all molds and tooling
for mass production have been completed and advance production prototype are now operating in industrial settings.
