Hmm. Electric bills up 350% in one year, california real estate increasing in price by roughly 10% per month. Yes-sir-re, no inflation here. BTW- my power bill in san francisco last year averaged around 40 bucks a month, and that was with central air conditioning. My current place has no air conditioning, yet my electric bill is around $110 each month. Glad I don't actually have to pay for any of that- the QUALITY of my sweaty sheets in the morning has gone up 350% according to the BLS. -------- . The average power price in California charged to residential customers last month was 14 cents a kilowatt hour, not including power-delivery charges, compared with 3.9 cents an hour a year earlier.
