Hi Frank,
Question concerning GSM vs. CDMA. Do you have an opinion which one will succeed in the long run. I think that this goes beyond technology issues and that the wide deployment of GSM internationally has to be factored in. Appreciate your thoughts.

Frank,

Sorry that its has been so long in my response, but I have been away from my terminal!

Regarding the Brooklyn property, I haven't seen too much from across the river as it is away from the fiber MANs of the BLEC guys. I would make sense to interconnect these properties with Winstar of AirFiber, but for now we may have to wait. Metro free space optic mesh networks are first targeted for the metro cores, then off the core.

BTW, I had a very interesting meeting with Broadband Office recently, and they differ significantly from ARCC in that it is IP over Gig-E in the WAN, growing into the MAN. Ultimately, MPLS in the core long haul network. Kind of interesting for a BLEC.
