I see they're keeping the crap in Manila, Service Live and presumably the printing operation. Can anyone else say boiler rooms and pretty annual reports. Looks like "the street" is not taking kindly to the news, down to 3. So that basically means ZSUN valued all that garbage around $2mm, LOL, I think they claimed it for more than that when they reverse merged 2 years ago. Personally I think this is about the best deal ZSUN has made as these sights, as i've contended all along, are worthless. CMB
