FWIW....Here is the playback number for the quarterly CC.

Playback number until August 2nd is 800-625-5288
ID # 761805

My only concern from the CC was the slip in the time-frame for the 3-inch wafers. I reread the Stephens report from after the first quarter and they stated that the 3-inch wafer line could come on in the 1st Q of FY01 (they didnt mention it in their most recent report). It seems like the time-frame has moved right by about 6 months. Definitely a concern....but I dont think that it is earth-shattering, especially with management still endorsing a 50-60% growth rate for next year. At least for me....the most important thing to watch will be how quickly they ramp RF revenues. LED's are a commodity sector and nearly impossible for me to judge how well Cree is doing....their fortunes could change on a dime. OTOH, the properties of SiC should allow a ton of design wins for Cree's components, these would have high barriers to entry for competitors. Of course, this will take time.....
