What proof do you have that the part sent to Tom PabstSmear wasn't working properly when he received it?

The bozo spent one day ranting and raving about a BIOS MICROCODE Issue - then the next day retracted that accusation - saying that a BIOS/Microcode issues wasn't the problem.

The guy has no credibility - and his sit-on-the-potty-and-pout attitude of not returning the device to Intel for evaluation smacks of a cover up - he's trying to hide his own screw-up that Intel will immediately recognize - should they ever inspect the device.
