Thanks Wayne. I would love to record the following conversations between:

1) Brokerage houses calling the Transfer Agent demanding delivery of Certs. TA complies.

2) Brokerage house calling the TA demanding delivery of certs. The TA states: I am sorry. I have issued as many certs as allowed.

3) Brokerage houses calling the street demanding the paper they have "borrowed".

The rest takes care of itself.
