Perhaps we are missing something in our interpretation of the latest TRKR News Release, but from our reading of it and our sources information ,we cannot understand the initial market reaction to the NR. We know shareholders have been primed by postings to be waiting for an announcement re a corporate contract but to relegate the Florida Project as one that will only bring small revenues to TRKR is in our DD a gross understatement of the potential, not only of the Florida Project but of the other implications of this news release. "The Company has now signed eight sales/licensing agreements, six in Florida and two in Toronto. The agreements entitle the licensees to represent Tracker's full line of products and services, including, but not limited to, pet and bike registration, corporate affinity and loyalty programs, and asset management applications for the public and private sectors in a defined geographic region. The agreements provide that each licensee's full time and effort will be devoted to the sale of Tracker products and services." This describes a much more extensive use of the Tracker developed system than previously revealed by TRKR. It is not simply a system for tracking and retrieving bicycles and pets, but provides a multiple of other uses by businesses for warranty, data base info on customers, inventory controls,'on time' shipment and ordering of goods and a wide range of other uses.Surely ,this extensive ability was developed to meet the needs of one of the Companies that TRKR has been working with. MOST IMPORTANT-"AssetTrack, a PROPRIETORY asset management system will be sold to corporate facilities managers, and to public sector custodians of fixed assets by licensees in their respective regions. AssetTrack comes in a single user or client server configuration and offers a full-service or self-service application and automates virtually all functions related to managing fixed assets."The important phrase here is 'a proprietory asset management system'.This means that TRKR has obtained licensed control[either by patent or copywrite-we do not know which is applicable]over their system so that competitors will NOT be able to duplicate what they offer their customers. We see this as a critical advantage to TRKR as it allows them to approach all manners of corporate enterprises with a proprietory system that will revolutonize their ability to control assets and maintain customer relations. Well beyond a simply retrieval system. Based on their previous PR this system will have wireless communications built in to speed and automate their system for their clients. "Symbol Technologies is scheduled to deliver to Tracker a handheld wireless platform for data collection and auditing, using modified Palm Pilots with 2-D barcode capability by mid-August." This is , to our recollection, the first time that an expanded roll for Symbol in the Tracker system has been mentioned. It is obvious to us that much behind- the- scenes cooperation between Symbol,Tracker and the Corporate client that Tracker has been working with to develop such an extended capability has been acknowledged. In summary , we believe this NR is a significant first "heads up " to TRKR shareholders of the expanded use of Tracker in the world of corporate utility and of the ability of Tracker to gain much more significant revenues from their Florida project with the Police association there.We can see other State Police associations rapidly coming on line with Tracker to utilize this system It will be interesting to see what significance the Toronto Franchises brings to Tracker. It is our conclusion that multiple major Corporate contracts should develop once the Florida Project has proven its ability to perform as advertised and we are fully confident that it will.The time spent developing this system, while excessive if viewed by the impatient investor, has given us a much greater revenue generating system than we had ever imagined.We are on the way to see HUGE revenues being channeled into TRKR.Watch their web site in the next month or so as we understand that a scoreboard-type area will show us the growing revenue stream as it develops. Please do your own DD .Whether the market reaction today is just a reflection of the breakdown in the general market for penny stocks or more evidence of MM manipulation, perhaps our interpretation is flawed and we would appreciate any feedback.
