Mike, Talking of books, how's the Tsatsouline flexibility tome coming along? I've practiced yoga regularly for 16 years and was wondering if I should stretch for this read, priced as it is almost out of my reach. Any secrets of soviet suppleness that you could let go in a paragraph or less?
