Just my 2 cents... I'm sure Micron is already aware of it. I would even venture to say they are in talks with Rambus. Now you're going to ask me for a post that will verify what I just said. Well don't bother. It's my well thought out opinion, as it is with many others. Even though I do vaguely recall something about talks between the two.

Assuming that they're reasonable accountants, they're probably already setting aside some reserves of the sales since April 1 (not the full amount, but some).
