A few months back I had information that a class action lawsuit was being analyzed, and at that time it was supposedly a probability, as was SR's imminent bankruptcy. No word on either subject since then.

You understand that lawyers only file suit in situations where there are assets, right?

The theme "possible funding could (or will) be forthcoming" has been replayed frequently over the past 2+ years. I am not surprised that its echo continues to be heard even today. You are smart to be very skeptical.

I agree that the silence of big investors is hard to explain or understand. It may have been in the best interest of the company (and its shareholders) at one time, but if SR has officially gone under, I would think investors (both big and small) have legitimate questions about what has happened. It seems to me that the final act of accounting must still take place.

Last information I saw listed Mssrs. Gershow and Rader as the last remaining Directors. Any idea if there is a law firm or accounting firm still representing the enterprise?

Any additional word from the former management team? Last thing I saw from them was a long, detailed letter leveling charges at those who assumed power. Interesting reading.
